A Message to our Customers:

We would like to inform you in advance of upcoming price adjustments on our products as a result of the tariffs imposed on imported goods. Brine Shrimp Direct is committed to using the highest quality ingredients and raw materials, many of which are sourced globally due to their unique properties and lack of availability within the United States. Tariffs have significantly increased the cost of these essential components. In some cases, they have more than doubled.

Since 2016 we have worked diligently to mitigate the effects of tariffs internally, but to maintain the quality and integrity of our products that you rely on, price adjustments have become necessary.

We understand that this may be unwelcome news, and we want to assure you that we remain committed to providing you with exceptional value and the high-quality products you have come to expect from Brine Shrimp Direct. Your continued support is greatly appreciated as we work to navigate these uncharted waters.

Frozen Herring Roe

Presentation: Frozen 3.5 oz cube tray (100 gm. net wt.); 16 oz. flat pack.

North Sea Herring Roe, similar to Capelin Roe but slightly smaller, is a Best Choice fishery because of its effective management and least bycatch. Brine Shrimp Direct is a direct importer of herring roe (Clupea spp.) because of its popularity in the aquarium industry. Of commercially harvested north Atlantic marine fisheries, herring roe, like capelin roe, has some of the highest total lipid values, including a high percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA's). A natural, perfectly sized food for your reef tank. Highly suitable for small-mouthed reef fish, filter feeders, and corals. Try also with freshwater fish as a feeding stimulant.

Typical Analysis (wet weight): Protein, 9.1%; Fat, 14%; Carbohydrate, 5.7%; Ash, 6.2%; Moisture, 65%
