There is currently a National Service Diruption causing delivery delays due to severe weather. This includes dangerous weather conditions and flooding in Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin. Please note that this includes the FedEx Express Hub in Memphis which handles all of our Eastbound Express packages. 

In addition, due to new USPS procedural changes, you may not see tracking on your USPS Priority Mail shipments for several days. Please be assured that if you see "label created", your order has shipped and is in transit.
